How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Add egress window in basement, for safety and natural light, to use as living space. Also, plant tall hedge trees in front and along driveway property line, to shield road sound.
