- Finish basement or upgrade bathrooms
- Add egress window in basement, for safety and natural light, to use as living space. Also, plant tall hedge trees in front and along driveway property line, to shield road sound.

Excerpts from helpful reviews :
- Cute house with some older charm in Harding, a popular town with lower taxes. Small front yard & located close to a very busy road (the main road through town). Bedrooms are a bit small but nice closets throughout . Backyard is big enough for kids to play in.
- Smaller footprint, but a good modest home with low taxes and great schools
