How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Basement ceilings are probably too low to be comfortable finished space, BUT could open up the living and family room divider into one huge space! Also, would paint all walls and replace kitchen floor,

A nice home with potential to make it much nicer, with a big living room, without spending a ton of money. Very good location. Find out about the water stain in the basement.
