If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Flowers everywhere, and maybe egress window for basement (more natural light)

Very nice home to buy or rent. It’s a small detail, but I like that every electric wire is carefully labeled.
