 Exterior is in terrific condition
 quiet neighborhood with very low traffic
 nicely finished back yard
 Covered porch area with stone pillars st front door
 sidewalks
 cobblestone-lined street
 beautiful plantings
 Flat open side yard

Cons

 active train tracks in space immediately behind back yard
