How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Plant large sound-deadening trees to block some highway noise and maybe a new garage door. I imagine it would cost more, but consider adding a steel beam and removing the basement columns. Maybe add deep window wells and an egress window, so children can escape the basement if there's a fire.
