If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Upgrade the basement laundry/ bathroom and see about adding larger basement windows or glass door

Shared driveway, but space for 4 cars in non-shared part. This is a nice house, but the road is important to think about - some don’t care while others wouldn’t be happy. Sidewalks and mature trees in the neighborhood,
