How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:3rd floor isn’t as nice as main and 2nd floors. Maybe remove carpet and add /refinish wood floors as needed. Also, light finishing upgrades to unfinished (but usable) basement, which seems dry.
