How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Plant trees or bushes to shield car sounds down the street. Nicer finishes in the laundry room and closet, to match the rest of this nice house.

It’s a two bedroom home, with no basement. Maybe there’s potential to add a level, but if not, it will not work well if you need a 3 or 4 bedroom home. Wonderful for people who do not want any stairs and want a move-in ready home. Nicely finished (and private) back yard
