How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Maybe an egress window in basement, for safety and more light. Also, flower & vegetable beds, and maybe a red maple or other tree in front and back. Otherwise, it doesn’t need anything.

A big house that’s essentially brand new. Nice design and layout, but some tile choices for bathroom floors a kitchen backsplash may not appear to everyone. House is maybe 200 feet from Martin Luther King Blvd, so some traffic sounds outside.
