If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:I don’t know that there’s a way to address the smaller kitchen size, for even $50,000. ..

This is a large, charming home in a very nice location. It would take years and probably $20,000 to replicate the plantings in this yard, if starting from plain grass.
