How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:It’s hard to think of anything, because every inch is so beautiful and high quality. Maybe really nice garage doors . I doubt $12k would be enough, but adding a level to the garage and making it look like a nice barn or carriage house.

This is my favorite house, of all those I’ve seen in a long time. Beautiful, but not pretentious. I’d like a bit more space in the backyard, but it’s workable. A++
