Pros
 Location is very close to schools & whole foods & downtown and 1 mile to NYC train
 Beautiful wood floors
 trex-type front porch
 Nice brick / stone steps to front porch

Cons

 Might be missing drip edge at edge of roof above the front porch
 Mich of area behind house is gravel parking (some yard beyond that)
 some windows in poor condition with newer storm-type windows over them
 A few boards on front porch not properly sized (noticeable gaps)

I only saw the exterior of this house. The windows mentioned above cause me to wonder whether problems were covered up by the newer vinyl siding. The 3rd floor front window trim (white) appears damaged or unprofessionally installed.
