 Easy walk to Starbucks & retail shops (not in main downtown area)
 brick exterior in good condition
 Charming rounder doorways between rooms
  deceivingly large
 gas fireplace
 large kitchen/ breakfast area
 Beautiful flat private backyard
 amazing tall (oak??) tree in corner of backyard
 ,masonry 1-car garage
 gated driveway (safe for kids to play)
 nice flower garden near garage
 Railings on front step are rock solid

Cons

 About 250 feet from busy Rt 124
 Dated kitchen with light tiles not everyone will prefer
 Primary bath is a bit dated
 Cigarette smell throughout
 Low ceilings in the finished basement

If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?

A:Remove rugs and otherwise eliminate cigarette smell. Add egress windows in rooms downstairs for safety and light.

The ground floor is just fine, though kitchen and baths could use dome updating. Really nice back yard (though there’s a bit of road sound). The low-ceilinged basement level has potential, but it would probably cost at least $50k to dig-out the basement floor (for higher ceilings) add large egress windows.
