How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Repaint bathrooms and maybe new tile. Remove or replace carpet on steps & 3rd floor. Get nice window treatments.

Nice in-town place to live. Not beautiful or perfect, but just fine. Good place to rent, but rent would probably be too low to profitability support the selling price
