How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:New kitchen appliances and maybe cabinet faces / counters. Also, recolor purple walls to white and change sink/toilet

The upstairs has a purple bathroom that is WAY too purple. Overall it’s a nice home, but definitely a quirky layout. Corner lot near Main St., but there is backyard space. Master bath also needs updating at some point
