Pros
 Nice updated kitchen (esp like counters)
 nice bluestone walkway
 close enough to walk to downtown (but far from train; though walkable)

Cons

 150 foot(?) uncovered walk from parking
 very narrow kitchen immediately inside front door
 Outside air conditioning equipment is fairly loud

A:Kitchen photos in listing are from angles that don’t convey how narrow the room is (maybe 6 feet wide?).
