 porential to add a room in attic
 Wired with transfer switch for generator

Cons

 On a one way street - might be annoying to go all the way around
 Close to Rt 287 (loud highway sound)
 No garage
 Possible ash tree in backyard that may need to be removed
 Bit of smell (not mildew or dampness) in basement
 Low ceilings and pipes in basement

A:As part of home inspection, check trees in backyard (one may be ash - if so, needs to be removed because of emerald ash borer infestation in NJ)

I smelled natural gas in the basement. Agent said he would get it checked out (easy fix for a plumber, so I didn’t rate odor/smell on that temporary situation) I was surprised that the highway noise faded in my mind after 15 minutes.
