 Great location - walkable to the high school + shops on sidewalks
 exterior looks to be in excellent condition
 Large driveway
 Huge open kitchen and dining area
 Main level in-law suite with full bath
 Primary bedroom suite with full bath
 Yard has invisible fence
 beautiful koi pond
 3-season porch
 mature trees and plantings
 Plenty of space for guests

Cons

 Can hear sound from tempe wick rd in driveway
 Upstairs not as well air conditioned as main level
 corner lot (less privacy)

Terrific neighborhood. Large move-in condition home. Layout is a little odd, but very livable.
