How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Hire a professional to evaluate, seal and remove moisture in basement. Replace carpet in basement and maybe ceiling and walls in that bathroom.

There is a mild to moderate smell in the main and lower levels, but I can’t quite identify it. Some trim needs to be replaced and the deck needs resealing. Some odd things, like where the toilet is located in the upstairs bath at the top of the stairs. HOWEVER, this house has good space and plenty of potential. Have an arborist check the tall trees every year or two!
