Pros
 Quiet neighborhood
 (longer) walkable distance to grocery store train schools and downtown
 tons of singing birds
 nice stone walls in front
 Lovely gardens in front
 Real wood floors
 woodburning fireplace
 High ceilings
 main floor office
 Nice screened porch
 finished basement with full bath
 2 car garage
 Excellent condition
 good play space in backyard for younger kids
 old world charm (NOT a McMansion!)

Cons

 Sloping lot (back to front)
  steps to front door may be difficult for some
 Lips stepping up into kitchen
 kitchen isn’t small but there’s not a lot of counter space
 Lower basement ceilings
 1 full bath on 2nd floor for 3 bedrooms
 but of a mildew smell in basement
