Pros
 Nice neighborhood with mature trees
 New roof
  High ceilings in basement
 easy to add egress windows if trying to add bedrooms in basement
 nicer bathroom
 beautiful kichen backsplash tile

Cons

 Smaller kitchen without lots of counter space
  odd hallway ceiling shape
 selling price way too high compared to rent

Rent is about $3,800/month, which is pretty low compared to the selling price, so it’s hard to make this profitable as an investment.
