Very cute, charming home built in the 1920s. Solid construction. Only one full bath on 1st floor, but homeowner has provided architectural plans to upgrade the 1/2 bath upstairs to a full. Beautiful hardwood. Very quiet neighborhood walkable to downtown and train.
