How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Add a nice door or divider for laundry, so it’s not visible coming in the front door. Railings from main to 2nd floor look dated - update these, and restain treads to more closely match the rest of the wood floors.

Most units in this development seem to have a 2 parking spots (1 in a private garage). Some have driveways big enough for 2 spots. On street parking for guests seems s bit challenging. I was here on a moderately warm (not hot or humid) day. I don’t know what the AC was set at, but it felt a bit less comfortable upstairs, so a careful HVAC inspection might make sense.
