How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Finished attic level was warmer than the rest of the air conditioned house - I’d hire an HVAC expert to make any needed adjustments (may just have separate zoning and be set to a warmer temp).

Very nice home. Spacious and feels upscale/ high quality. Confirm with the town whether the empty lot next door is eligible for another house and what the height and setback requirements are.
