How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:New wall paper or paint in the ground-level 1/2 bathroom, then on smaller, nice furniture that really fits the space

Location is close to highways, but far from downtown and the trains. Community is nice, but packed-in. The open space next to the stairs feels a bit wasted, but I’m not sure what to do with it if more floor space were added on 2nd floor, due to the existing layout (maybe an open office space?) or, a wider staircase maybe???
