How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Install a door of some kind in primary bedroom suite between bedroom and bathroom (even though the toilet is far away around a corner).

This is an absolutely terrific home in a great location, right near the train, theater, restaurants and shops. The other side of South Street is a bit of a nicer neighborhood, but this one is rising and even closer to the train. Fantastic kitchen and finishes throughout. Charming and not at all a McMansion.
