Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Access to the attic could use a bit of attention from a finishing carpenter. Otherwise, turn the upstairs bath into a full one that’s accessible from the top of the stairs.

Basement had no moisture smell, but dehumidifier was running. Kitchen has flowered tile and laminate counters, but the space is fine for two people to cook. Nice ‘board and batten’ on living and dining room walls (5 feet high?).
