 Quiet low-traffic street
 gated back yard
 two-car garage + 4 driveway spots
 Nice paver walkeay and bluestone steps
 Very high main floor ceilings
 wood floors
 large dining room opens to kitchen
 big open kitchen with tons of space
 Very nice enclosed porch with gas fireplace
 Finished basement has very high ceilings
 Wide comfortable stairway to 2nd floor
 nice primary bedroom suite
 also a second bedroom suite
 everything feels solid and high quality
 kitchen also opens to living room
 garage opens to mudroom then bath

Cons

 Wish front porch was deeper to allow larger chairs
 Back yard is a bit small

How to spend $12,000

If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?

A:Add egress window to basement for light and safety. Maybe paint kitchen ceiling (has copper look) and cabinets (a bit dark).
