If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Out back, above the 2nd garage, I would extend the roof and build a covered porch with comfortable chairs and a big table, to soak-up all that beautiful Hudson Valley weather
