How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Add raised flower and vegetable beds, as well as a finished fire pit on a bluestone patio. It would cost far more than $12k, but a pool would be nice!

I rented this house several times (in the winter) as an Airbnb a few years ago (2019 and 2020). The dirt/gravel road leading up to the house was in rough condition with lots of potholes (might be fixed today). Even so, my group of 10 LOVED this house - great kitchen and open living/dining rooms, close to New Paltz (kind of a long walk on the rail trail), but a remote feeling like you're 100 miles from civilization. Amazing that it's on 50+ acres and "Five of the acres sit across the road on the banks of the Walkill River…" This is a gem!
