How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Hire tree service to inspect and prune the enormous tree in the front yard. Maybe an awning above the front entrance door, to make more hospitable in bad weather. It would probably cost more than $12k, but I’d change the base paint color on the exterior (even though it appears to be in perfect condition).
