 Trex decking and stone in front
 Amazing kitchen - functional and easy to visit with people while cooking
 double over and 1.5 ovens in the stove
 large flat backyard
 Hardi-plank type cement siding
 Inlaid hardwood floors
 large ground floor bedroom suite with full bath
 Location is just a few minutes from both Madison and Florham Park

Cons

 Right on somewhat busy/main road (Ridgedale Avenue)
 across from high school so probably tough traffic at certain times
 Front porch is very narrow - a bit awkward for chairs
 Feels like it’s missing a space for an outdoor table and chairs
  light road noise in backyard

If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?

A:Replace the carpet downstairs (threads from multiple pulls, but very clean and padded)

The street and high school are big factors in whether this beautiful home is right for you. There is no road noise at all in the house with close windows. High ceilings and open feel everywhere. Everything feel high-end and of terrific quality, with low maintenance in mind. Master suite upstairs is truly incredible, with a walk-in closet from HGTV!
