How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Prune or remove medium tree in the front, near the driveway. Repaint the red (metal?) roof above front door (only a bit shows, but it would look better in white).

I only viewed the exterior, from the sidewalk. Appears to be a nice older home in a terrific neighborhood, fairly close to downtown
