How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Maybe walk-off the utilities on 2nd floor, with lots of sound insulation, and remove the existing wall and door, to enlarge that nice-sized room and take advantage of yet another window.

This is a very nice, nearly brand new home in a new Del Webb planned community. Sidewalks, small lots, lots of similar homes, HOA rules, etc. I’m not an expert, but I didn’t notice and shortcuts in the materials or construction.
