Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Hire an arborist to inspect the huge trees. Repair cement steps near sidewalk. Raise water pipes in open finished basement and add egress window for light & safety.
