Pros
 Nice ground floor layout
 nice salt water pool
 great location on cul de sac

Cons

 Lower kitchen ceilings
 old very low ceilings in basement (very dry, but maybe gets damp??)
 wasted space for “grand” entry / steps
 small garage that seems very hard to enter/exit at 90 degrees to driveway

A:Change some of the cheap tile in the mudroom area.
