 interesting terraced backyard (not great for playing soccer or football)

 Finished basement with fireplace kitchen/bar and half bath

 Low-maintenance cement board siding
 Stained glass windows on 2nd floor above porch
 lots of closets
 2 large bedrooms upstairs (share a large full bath)

Cons

 Smaller area for a dining table (open with living room)
 Slate floors on basement level feel like dated outdoor patio - suffer by comparison versus the rest of this house

A:Maybe epoxy finish over the basement slate floor, in a solid color. Hire arborist to inspect the beautiful tall trees. Repair broken window on 2nd floor green bedroom (front),

Unless you want a large flat backyard or large dining room area, this is a fantastic house in beautiful condition. It’s too far to comfortably walk to downtown or the NYC train, but A++
