Pros
 9 minute walk to nyc train
 beautiful townhome development (many units have really nice flower gardens and plantings
 large nicely renovated kitchen with stainless appliances
 open living dining kitchen
 Good ceiling height on stairs to the finished basement
 High ceiling with skylight in stairwell to 2nd floor
 nice primary bedroom suite
 seemsvto be in excellent condition

Cons

 No windows in finished basement (ceiling high is okay with one lower section with ducts - 75” there?)

A:Everything is already done with the building,so I would add flower gardens
