If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:The inside of this house needs nothing—maybe just paint to your liking. I’d focus on the outside—nice landscaping, flowers, etc.

Really nice, recently renovated house. Close to Madison town center & walkable to the walk/bike path around Giralda. It’s on the corner of a quiet dead end street and busy Route 124. Backyard is a bit small and messy but shady and could be gorgeous with a little TLC. The potential outside is great.
