How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Rebuild little wall / garden bed near neighbor’s mailbox. Repair deep crack in driveway near front garden.

This review is on based on what was observed from the exterior. Mature plants in the front garden, but they don’t seem to go well together. Maybe move some to other beds for a better mix. Seems like a nice place to live.
