How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Remove tree stumps in yard. Add fence and plantings on park side of property for privacy and security. Hire arborist to inspect maple tree leaning over front of driveway. Also, add egress window to basement for light and safety.

Great proximity to the park. Decent potential to refinish the basement and laundry areas, even though ceilings are lower. TONS of charm!
