How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Replace the few missing shingles above the garage. Maybe add egress windows to the basement for more light and safety.

Basement feels bone dry (humidifier was running). Ceilings are not especially low, but there are columns and ducts - very useable (especially with the multiple entrances and full bath!). Good-sized bedrooms (not huge), one with an en-suite bath. Two medium/large living room areas (plus another sitting/TV room) - would ideally have these two combined into one larger room, but it’s not a problem and the layout doesn’t allow for it. Overall, I really like this house and neighborhood, plus it’s in wonderful condition.
