How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:I haven’t seen the interior, but the exterior seems fine and there are no obvious problems or opportunities to spend money on.

I only viewed the exterior. I don’t know the rents being paid, or the market, but I’d want to be confident this would generate at least $8,600/month if buying around the $979,000 asking price.
