 Quiet neighborhood
 Very short walk to nyc train
 charming covered front porch seating area
 Nice landscaping
 2-car garage + 2 driveway parking spots
 good-sized deck

Cons

 Bright yellow vinyl siding may not appeal (and contrasts with nice shingles on porch)
 Bit of highway sound from porch
 Window air conditioning (3rd floor)
