How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Add beautiful flower beds (maybe raised) where the gravel driveway and walkway to the front door meet, and also along that walkway. Would also add a large vegetable garden, with raised beds, water lines, and fencing.

I have not been to this house in person (hence no 'smell & odor' rating), but I read about the project at Millbrook Cabinetry and Design (https://millbrookcabinetryanddesign.com/) and poured-over the beautiful photos from the Zillow listing.
