How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Install an automatic gate that operates with a remote control. Maybe move the gate back so front door is accessible, or add a doorbell/ call box outside gate (and maybe a place to out packages).
