How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Add egress window to basement and finish the space. Repair wood above front window.

This house is a gem - livable, charming, and appears to be in very good condition. Gas furnace is older, but that’s not necessarily a problem. 100amp electric service, which (in my amateur opinion) seems perfectly fine for a house this size.
