 Sidewalks
 Sunroom
  nice patio area
 Gorgeous redone kitchen (wide galley style)
 High main level ceilings
 Large bedrooms
 finished attic

Cons

 On a fairly busy 2-lane road (40MPH?)
 Steeply sloping lot
 Lower basement ceilings
 tiny primary bath in large primary bedroom
 Windows to finished attic are older and need maintenance
 Not much usable yard space

I have mixed feelings about this house. Some wonderful elements, including the kitchen, living and dining rooms. However, drawbacks like the busy road and sloping lot that doesn’t have much usable space are worth considering…
