 Good-sized mostly private deck
 nice kitchen finishes
 wood floors throughout main floor
 higher ceilings in basement
 Large bedrooms
 ,good closet space
 Large flat community yard right out front
 Walking distance to town train and schools

Cons

 1 garage space
 smaller kitchen
 Bit of a musty smell in basement
